Making an Appointment

 

To schedule an appointment please call our office at (607) 729-1999. Once you are scheduled for an appointment, our office will contact you, review your medical history, and go through a checklist that will clear you for your MRI. On the day of your exam you will be asked to bring:

  • • Drivers License or other valid form of identification.
  • • physicians order.
  • • Insurance cards.
  • • Any Stents or Implant Cards.
  • • Any x-rays or reports from other exams that you have recently had
pertaining to the reason you are having an MRI.


If you regularly take pain medication, please take it an hour before the exam so you can be more comfortable. If you need additional pain medication or medication for claustrophobia please contact your physician. Click HERE to see a list of applicable insurance providers. If you have questions regarding your insurance or do not have insurance, please contact our Billing Department prior to your appointment at (607) 729-1999
